What:  WinterJam 2012 Concert


When:  Friday, Feb 17th
Leave from the church at 2:00pm and
return sometime after midnight


Where:  Sprint Center, Kansas City


Cost:  $10 for ticket and money to buy supper
at the Sprint Center. Youth will need to
keep their money so they can pay at the
door to get in and to buy their supper.


Dress warm! We'll have to stand outside for a while waiting in line.

Revolve Tour 2012 (Girls Only Event)

In 2005, Women of Faith created The Revolve Tour as a response to requests for a younger girls conference. The result is a one-of-a-kind inspirational event for 6th– to 12th–grade girls that combines award-winning bands and speakers with real, relevant messages in a high-energy event.

There’s way more to The Revolve Tour than just a fun time with the girls. Since it began, more than 35,000 girls have indicated they made first-time decisions for Christ at a Revolve Tour event.



When:  April 21, 2012 - The van will leave the church at 
             7:00 am Sat. and return Sat. around 11:00 pm

Where:  Orpheum Theater , Omaha, NE

Cost:  $70 (includes conference and supper)

Deadline:  This form and money must be turned in by March 14, 2010

Bring:  A smile and a sack lunch

Surprise Monday's !

Yes we're doing them again this summer! We will leave the church at 9:00 am and return sometime in the afternoon usually by 5:00 pm. The destination is a surprise! You will only need to bring a sack lunch with you. If their is a cost involved or any special requirements, it will be listed next to the day of the event on the permission form. The form will be posted soon, so be watching and get ready for another great time of adventure as we explore Missouri together!

At 8,000 ft, Camp Bethel is located at the northern end of the Big Horn Mountains on Hwy 14, 20 miles west of Dayton, Wyoming. Our Youth Pastor, Tim Huff, has been asked once again to be the High School Camp Pastor and thought it would be a great experience for our High School students to share in the experienceagain as well.

We will leave Saturday, July 14 @ 4:00 am. Saturday night we'll stay at First Baptist Church, Cheyenne, Wyoming. We'll arrive at camp Sunday afternoon. We'll head back after camp on Saturday, July 21 and spend Saturday night back at FBC Cheyenne once again. We'll return back to Brookfield late Sunday night. The cost for the trip is $265/$280/$290 based on when your $35 non-refundable deposit and forms are turned in. The cost includes everything except spending money.

Any money raised during our fund rasiers will be divided equal among those who participated according the number of times they participated. That amount will be subtracted from the amount due and the final amount will be given to your youth to be paid by July 3rd.

Please fill out the forms and return them with your non-refundable deposit as soon as possible to lock in the lower rate.

The registration form, the release form (opposite this page) and a $35 non-refundable registration fee when turned into Pastor Tim's office will reserve you a spot. If its turned in by April 27th you will have a final amount of $230 due/ turned in by May 25th you will have a final amount of $245 due/ and turned in by July 3rd you will have a final amount of $260 due. The remainder due, minus any funds you helped raise for camp, will have to be paid no later than July 3rd.

So don't put it off, start saving now for this trip! Start talking with your parents today! Give them time to think it over and start saving also.
